Set in a peaceful location, Villa Italia is a newly constructed residence with a mediterranean influence. For your comfort, all rooms are ensuite and equipped with TV, stereo, alarm clocks and coffee/tea making facilities. The two ground floor rooms ('Firenze' and 'Milanos') each have a private entrance, whilst the upper floor room has a balcony with views of the sea. Ample parking on site.

Nestled in Northland's stunning Bay of Islands and enjoying both sea and rural views, Villa Italia is a 5-minute drive from the historic Stone Store, nature reserve, the magical Rainbow Falls and only 25 min from Paihia. In Kerikeri Township sample the fine restaurants, wineries and savour its coffee house scene. We would be pleased to arrange excursions such as swimming with the dolphins, skydiving or simply cruising the Bay.

Your hosts Marzia & Andrea, originally from northern Italy, enjoy fishing and sailing and have a 35 foot sailing boat moored in the bay. Andrea has lots of experience fishing and fly-fishing in both fresh and salt water. Marzia loves cooking, reading and gardening.
