Pittaway's Historic Cottage, Arrowtown

Pittaway’s Cottage is a charming two-bedroomed historic stone cottage, in Arrowtown’s famous avenue of trees. It’s only a minute’s stroll to the town centre, with it’s restaurants, great shopping, cafes, museum, cinema and excellent bars. The area has wonderful walks along the river or into the hills. Arrowtown is 20 minutes drive from Queenstown, and central to the region’s world class wineries, golf courses, fishing, art galleries and ski areas.

A self-contained bedsit studio is also available. Both the cottage and studio are in a relaxing garden setting, where you can barbeque under a towering oak tree, sit amongst roses and wildflowers, or stretch out on the lawn.


Facilities
Off street parking and free laundry are provided. Freshly ground coffee and plungers, tea, sugar, and milk are standard.

Cottage
While small in size, it’s big on ambience and has been tastefully refurbished without loss of original integrity. The intimate sitting/TV room features plush leather, old books and a wood burner fire, plus Sky and DVD. The two bedrooms (queen and twin) have quality bedding, the bathroom features a double spa bath with a shower over, and a small kitchen with fridge, cooking hobs, and microwave.

Studio
The studio is a separate building with it's own verandah and barbeque, overlooking the garden. Inside it has a queen bed, table and chairs, sofa, kitchen facilities and ensuite.
