Read carefully as this is accommodation with a difference. This separate, individual STUDIO room has its own private entrance, an ensuite bathroom and off street parking. The STUDIO room is equipped with wine glasses, a fridge, microwave, toaster and flows gently to the 1000 m2 of garden with beautiful spots to relax. Ideal base to explore the city, beaches, Banks Peninsula, Akaroa, Kaikoura or go Skiing from.
Direction; Colombostreet towards Port Hills, at roundabout turn right into Cashmere road. We on 417 just past Happy Home road. Be aware that Cashmere road makes a left turn. We recommend to map-Google 417 Cashmere road.
